World EPA Congress. Aligning decision uncertainty and risk-sharing

In reimbursement decisions on costly drugs insufficient account is taken of decision uncertainty. As a consequence, in the Netherlands, the government does not seem to want to share the risk of an incorrect decision account, in most cases.
