I can help you with this. With one or several meetings and by studying documentation you consider relevant, we jointly define your consultancy assignment. After this I will propose a detailed working plan, including timelines, the product that I will deliver, and the budget request. The working methods I use will be specified according to the objectives of the assignment and may include document analysis and studying scientific literature, but also critical assessment of your figures and analyses. As part of my working method, I will conduct and analyse structured interviews with experts within and outside your organisation.

All this will lead to a solid strategic report regarding the HTA/HEOR of your innovation, in writing or in a presentation. I am also glad to discuss my advice with you and your colleagues in person.
